Being able to move well and perform the movements required by your sport makes it more enjoyable and gives you a feeling that you belong. To do this you need to train the movements specific to your sport and understand how to control your body, improve agility and athleticism, feel strong and move fast.

Functional Movement Assessment – Range of Movement, Balance and Core Stability Testing.
Athletic Performance Testing – Speed, Power and Agility.
Individualised training program for your chosen sport and specific goals.
1 Speed and Agility coaching session & 1 Strength and Conditioning session per week.

4 weeks to learn new movements and understand the program.
4 weeks to consolidate what you are learning and working on.
4 weeks to start reaping the rewards of your hard work.
